-
Connect the master pressure gauge
on one of the gauge holding assembly provided on the "
" Pressure Gauge Comparator.
-
Connect the gauge to be compared
on other gauge holding assembly provided on the "
" Pressure Gauge Comparator.
-
Ensure: the handle is completely
in closed condition, if required, rotate the handle in clockwise
direction.
-
Open the lid provided on
Reservoir pot. Fill water or oil in Reservoir pot until the
Reservoir pot is filled upto 80 to 90% level.
-
Rotate the handle anti-clockwise
and clockwise until evacuation or removal of residual air trapped
inside the fluid pot.
-
Observe the bubbles, if generated
and disappeared.
-
Take the handle to the extreme
withdrawn condition by rotating it anti-clockwise.
-
Close the reservoir lid.
-
Instrument is ready for comparison
of pressure gauges.
-
Rotate the handle clockwise,
observe the equal increase or build up of pressure inside pressure
gauges at both ends.
-
Rotate the handle anti-clockwise,
remove the pressure gauge under comparison.
-
Fix the next gauge for comparison.
-
Repeat similar procedure.
